The Challenge

As part of a company-wide rebrand, Wayne Bank recognized its investor relations website needed a major upgrade. The legacy IR page was text-heavy, difficult to navigate and embedded within the main site - lacking both usability and visual alignment with the bank’s refreshed brand. 

Simultaneously, internal shifts were elevating IR to a strategic priority. With a new CEO and CFO eager to expand outreach and attract analyst interest, presenting a professional and well-organized IR presence became essential. 

Wayne Bank’s IR efforts are primarily led by Kristen Lancia who manages a three-person marketing team.
