Introducing: MAR Sentence Feature for ERN Sweden in Notified PR Platform

We’re excited to announce a significant enhancement for press releases distributed via the Notified PR Platform – the automatic insertion of the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) sentence for ERN Sweden.

The MAR requires issuers to clearly mark their regulatory releases as inside information. To meet this requirement, issuers often add a sentence at the bottom of their releases, mentioning the regulation and providing date and time of publication.

With the implementation of this new feature, our clients can enjoy a more streamlined and user-friendly experience when creating and publishing regulatory releases. This enhancement not only saves time, but also assures compliance with the MAR and provides consistent and accurate information at the end of each release.

In addition, the MAR sentence will be available in multiple languages, with the inserted statement in English for all languages except for Swedish, which will display the Swedish version. This multi-language support ensures that our clients can cater to the diverse requirements of their global audiences.
